2. Physical Products (Petloo, Katuchef)
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the items and destination.
International Shipping (Brazil & LATAM)
We specialize in cross-border logistics. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Anor Commerce LLC acts as the merchant of record.
