Anor Commerce LLC operates as a holding company for multiple e-commerce brands that sell both physical goods (including pet supplies, kitchen products, and other consumer goods) and digital information products ("Info-Products") such as online courses, training materials, and digital content.

4.1 Physical Goods

When you place an order for physical products through our Services, you agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when the charges were incurred, including shipping and handling fees and applicable taxes. All payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout.

We strive to display accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, colors, prices, or other content available on our Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Governing Law (State of New Mexico, USA)

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New Mexico, in each case located in Bernalillo County, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
